A good book with a lot of examples for beginners.
Title: Ada95 – Problem Solving and Program Design
Author: Michael B. Feldman, Elliot B. Koffman
Publisher: Addison Wesley, 2nd eedition, 1997.

A similar book to Software Construction and Data Structures with Ada95 with almost identical contents but with different title and cover design. Choose either one.
Title: Software Engineering with Ada
Author: Grady Booch, Douglas Bryan
Publisher: Banjamin-Cummings, 3rd edition, 1994.
Rating:
This book provides many good examples in Ada and software engineering.
Title: Concurrency in Ada
Author: Alan Burns, Andy Wellings and Andrew J. Wellings
Publisher: Cambridge University Press, 2nd edition, 1997.
Rating:
I have the 1st edition of this book. The cover design is different but the contents are almost identical. This is a very good book on concurrent and distributed programming with Ada. If you want to learn the Ada concurrency model, this is the book you must have.
