I saw "worms" running down my right eye, did nothing for two weeks, finally saw an OD who recommended laser treatment the next day. It was a tear, and was fixed immediately. I'm about to go on a golf trip in three days, and am a little concerned, since I've been "cooling it" for two days since the laser treatment. I too had the problem.
