I did an isometric contraction using a push-up posture. My left shoulder was weak and shaky but I somehow made it to count to ten.

After that, at relax position, I had involuntary movement in my left arm. I hope it is a good sign.

Thanks pal. I am fine. It is not totally recovered yet. Yesterday the pain came again and after a massage with rosemary oil, I feel better now.

Hi Pal,
How are you now? I prefer you do some static contraction (a form of HIT) weight training, after your recovery. That will strengthen your ligaments and support structure.
