Our Princess Bread Maker

LA has got her Princess bread maker on February 11. She had made a few breads and they all tasted very good. Today she made another one after she managed to buy some special ingredients for bread making. She made a wholemeal bread with the wholemeal flour she bought from PJ. Here is the photo of the Princess bread maker and the delicious fresh hot wholemeal bread.

I had the same princess bread maker. I had to send it back immediately after bought because the blade will come out of the spinner during dough mixing/kneading. Manufacturer admitted it is design defect. I’m waiting for their refund now.

    Mihunkuay,

It is most unfortunate. The local service center is very bad. But the service of Princess Household Appliances BV is worse. I wrote to them many times and they didn’t reply any of my messages. I wonder if they check their emails.

I was assured that servicing would not be an issue, but now I am worried. So far I have baked about 4 loaves of bread, but they all have turned out too crusty. Any advice?

    Crusty? Is it burnt?

If it is not burnt, it is normal to have a crusty bread with a bread maker. We (and our kids) love the crusty bread. It is so yummy!

    Grace,

I heard Kenwood and Sanyo are good. Unfortunately, I could not find them in Malaysia. Princess is not bad at all but the service is slow.
