Busy life

May 24th, 2007 at 22:47 · Filed Under At Home, At Work, Blogging, Days in My Life, Family, General, Karate

Life has been busy on these days. I am trying to bridge work, training, transition, demo and family together. It certainly is a handful.

Training for transition is being conducted with careful planning and most of the students were not aware of the transition until they have been informed a couple of weeks ago. When they received their new gomon last week, they were surprised and excited. I am happy to see the transition is bearing fruits. Thanks to my working experience while I was working as a consultant in transition to Ada (see my blog here).

The preparation for demo has some hitches. The preparation training coincides with school’s mid-term exam following a 2 weeks break starting tomorrow. What a wrong timing!

The rest, I have been tied up with work, family and not so much of my training. I got the chance to train a little when I teach the class.

    Hi,

I read your the other post which is identical to this one. So, I am not going to write the same comment again.

You are the very few person whom I met who really applies experience from elsewhere to another area of interest in real life. One day, I would like to listen to you telling me in person your experience in transition to Ada. Thanks to Ada, I have been able to complete my research project and thesis in time.

I had a wonderful thesis defense session yesterday. It was so exciting and really fruitful defense. My defense has earned the best thesis and defense title. Thank you for introducing me to Ada.

Thank you and I am glad you have pulled through. Congratulations!

I was just giving you some encouraging words. It is your hard work that pays off.

I certainly like to tell you about my experience in person. I am going to Okinawa this year. Perhaps you would like to join me? I can introduce my sensei to you.

Anyway, great to hear that you have succeeded in your thesis defense. Ichiban!

Thanks for your invitation. But I guess I will be busy because I have decided to go for my Ph.D. My program will start next week. No break. Despite of my Ph.D. program, I am going back to camp next month for some physical and martial arts training. So wish me luck! (He! he! I guess I am having an extremely busy life.)
