Happy New Year 2007

Happy New Year 2007! Wishing family and friends a prosperous and happy new year and all your wishes (and mine) come true.

Six years ago, my sister, Angie, enjoyed so much her first snow in New York together with another sister of mine, Mee. So, Mee, enjoy The Snows of New York. Is there any snow this year? The weather in NY is not cold enough to have snow this year.

I can see you now by the light of the dawn,

And the sun is rising slow,

We have talked all night, and I can’t talk anymore,

But I must stay and you must go;

You have always been such a good friend to me,

Through the thunder and the rain,

And when you’re feeling lost in the snows of New York,

Lift your heart and think of me;

There are those who fail, there are those who fall,

There are those who will never win,

Then there are those who fight for the things they believe,

And these are men like you and me;

In my dream we walked, you and I to the shore,

Leaving footprints by the sea,

And when there was just one set of prints in the sand,

That was when you carried me;

You have always been such a good friend to me,

Through the thunder and the rain,

And when you’re feeling lost in the snows of New York,

Lift your heart and think of me;

When you’re feeling lost in the snows of New York,

Lift your heart and think of me,

Lift your heart and think of me.

And to my friends who fight along with me for the things we believe, I hope you enjoy this song as my new year wish to all of you.

    Happy New Year Adrian. I visited Angie’s website. Yes. She is a brave fighter. May her rest in peace. The song and her story have touched my heart.

    Oh yes, Happy New Year to other cancer victors. May this new year gives you new hope and fighting spirit. Please do not give up. Angie did not lose her battle. She is just taking an eternal rest.

    No snow in New York though I do think of Angie often and if only she could be here. She will definitely enjoy the warmer New York and be able to go about the city she loved.

    Happy New Year! I hope it is not too late. I’ve been busy with the long holiday seasons and also new project when January came. Now, I am a little more relax as most of the works have been completed.

    It is so nice to read your blog and listen to your podcast. I am sorry for your lose. I believe Angie is having a good eternal rest now.

    I also like to wish all other cancer victors a Happy New Year and please continue to strive for more fighting spirit.
